  • 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales.
  • Contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone, e-mail, and direct mail contact in order to obtain appointments for sales representatives.
  • Maintain and continually update a database of prospects that identifies the business or organization, contact person and title, current provider of services, and dates their contracts expire.
  • Review prospect files of sales reps that have left the company for new lead information and review for data entry in data base.

4) Technical Support Engineer - Hyderabad, India

Job Description
  • Provide advanced technical support to Blue Arcus customers.
  • Detailed troubleshooting of technical problems on live customer systems via remote access and direct communication with customer personnel.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly traffic statistics reports and face-to-face presentation of same to customer where required.
  • Liaising directly with customer contacts on a daily basis.
  • On-call, out-of-hours support on a rotating basis where you will be the initial point of contact for any network issue that arise. Out of hours support is defined as your availability to be the first point of contact for the resolution of issues as they arise. If own resolution is not possible within a reasonable time period, the issue will be escalated and handled by the escalation team.
  • Systems integration of Blue Arcus products with other 3rd party products to allow full service offering to our customers.
  • On-site support for customer trials and demonstrations of the Blue Arcus product suite.
  • Rapid escalation to senior management of all issues which may significantly impact the level of service available to our customers.
  • Clearing of assigned Trouble Tickets.
  • Provide technical expertise for products to influence development efforts with documentation
  • To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when necessary.
  • Participate in technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
Requirements:

5) Solutions Engineer (4G/5G Core) - Hyderabad, India

Job Description
  • Design, install and troubleshoot the telecommunication networks or systems.
  • Working with complex network and switching systems.
  • To ensure smooth transmission of data by configuring the networks.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product vendors, other third-party service providers and the customer in the strategic design process to translate business needs into enterprise level solutions.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integration.
  • Customer engagement while working closely with Customer Unit Sales and Engagement Practices organizations.
Technical Knowledge
  • Understand the architecture and design of the 4G/5G core network to the extent of being able to install and deploy the platform for customer and partner engagements.
  • End to end 4G/5G network technical understanding
  • 4G & 5G Core Components, Architecture, Interfaces and Call flows
  • Knowledge on Networking, Cloud concepts and Edge computing is a plus
COMPETENCE
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or acceptable equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Customer facing role is a plus point.
  • Experience in working for a wireless carrier solution provider is an added advantage
  • Experience in putting together commercial proposals and development of business cases an added advantage.
  • Solid background working with Telecom Networks especially 4G and 5G (Core & RAN).
  • Knowledge in end-to-end solution of cellular and WiFi technologies
  • Knowledge of telecom call-flows. Solid knowledge of customer business processes and frameworks for telecom best practice
  • Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies. Experience with IPv6 is highly desired.
  • Experience in a solution provider environment is highly desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills needed.
