1) Director of Product Marketing (4G/5G) - Hyderabad, India

Job Description
Director of Product Marketing for this role will be responsible for developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate the features and benefits of new and existing products / network solutions to customers and partners. He/She must be experienced in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, gathering market intelligence, and analyzing and recommending pricing to create awareness of Blue Arcus offerings. The individual will lead market research on current trending products, establish timescales for upcoming products, influence pricing and packaging, guide sales teams, develop messaging and market positioning around products and take part in presentation and events.

Job duties include, but are not limited to the following
  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Lead product launches, set competitive positioning, manage marketing support for the Blue Arcus product lines
  • Drive core product marketing deliverables, including positioning, core messaging, naming, sales tool and collateral, case studies, and sales and partner enablement, enabling sales teams to win deals
  • Brief the PR teams and customers about new products
  • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data
  • Take part in presentations
  • Lead and agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products and features with the management, product engineering and R&D
  • Create content such as case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts
  • Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences

2) Technical Support Engineer (3G/4G/5G)- Hyderabad, India

Job Description
  • Provide advanced technical support to Blue Arcus customers.
  • Detailed troubleshooting of technical problems on live customer systems via remote access and direct communication with customer personnel.
  • Occasional Installation and Commissioning of Blue Arcus systems at customer locations primarily in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Occasional on-site technical support to Blue Arcus customers and partners where remote troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues is not possible.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly traffic statistics reports and face-to-face presentation of same to customer where required.
  • Liaising directly with customer contacts daily.
  • On-call, out-of-hours support on a rotating basis where you will be the initial point of contact for any network issue that arise. Out of hours support is defined as your availability to be the first point of contact for the resolution of issues as they arise. If own resolution is not possible within a reasonable timeframe, the issue will be escalated and handled by the escalation team.
  • Systems integration of Blue Arcus products with other 3rd party products to allow full service offering to our customers.
  • On-site support for customer trials and demonstrations of the Blue Arcus product suite.
  • Rapid escalation to senior management of all issues which may significantly impact the level of service available to our customers.
  • Clearing of assigned Trouble Tickets.
  • Provide technical expertise for products to influence development efforts with documentation.
  • To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when necessary.
  • Participate in technical communications within the Technical Support Team to share best practices and learn about new technologies.
Requirement

3) Senior Solution Architect (4G/5G Core)- Hyderabad, India

Job Description
Senior Solution Architect (SA) for this role will be responsible for managing customer requirements and proposing solutions utilizing Company products. The SA is engaged with the account team from pre-sales through the implementation and conclusion stages of the project as well as solution life cycle management. SA will be placed at the center of activities, entailing a high level of interaction with Product Units, Systems Integration teams as well as Customer Technical, Marketing and Business Development teams.

Technical Knowledge
  • Understand in depth, the architecture and design of the 4G/5G core network to the extent of being able to install and deploy the platform for customer and partner engagements.
  • End to end 4G/5G network technical understanding
  • 4G & 5G Core Components, Architecture, Interfaces and Call flows

Job Description
  • Design, install and troubleshoot the telecommunication networks or systems.
