Key Responsibilities

1. Program Management:
   • At least 3+ years of program management experience, specifically in telecom project implementation.
   • Experience handling telecom projects overseas.
   • Responsible for delivering the offshore scope of work as per contractual obligations.
2. Telecom Network Implementation:
   • Manage 3G/4G/5G core product implementation projects.
   • Ensure adherence to Project Management Standard Operating Procedures.
   • Develop and implement standardized business processes.
3. Leadership and Collaboration:
   • Partner with multi-departmental leadership to prioritize activities.
   • Ensures all program activities are delivered within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements.
   • Create and maintain common principles, practices, and templates for project management.
4. Project Planning and Execution:
   • Gather and present relevant project data for management review.
   • Track overall project status based on delivery, marketing, and sales leader updates.
   • Prepare and manage scope documents and project management plans.
   • Handle change requests related to the scope of work.
   • Prepare and manage risk management plans.
5. Customer Interaction:
   • Conduct project kick-off meetings onsite or remotely as required.
   • Participate in discussions to determine implementation approaches.
   • Escalate variations from the plans with the customer.
   • Provide regular status reports to management, including key financial metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience in managing telecom projects with a focus on 3G/4G/5G technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and on-budget.
