Roles and Responsibilities:
• Research, write, and update new and existing technical documents as assigned by the lead or manager.
• Independently work on documents such as product documentation, data sheets, installation guide, user guide, online help, release notes, protocol guides, patch notes.
• Deliver quality technical documents on time and on scope.
• Regularly update the lead or manager on the work status.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
• Manage assignments in a professional and proactive manner
• Create paper-based and digital operating instructions, how-to manuals, “FAQs” pages to help customers, technical support and other members within the company
• Conduct usability studies to improve product design
• Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished and engaging content
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
• Work with technical team to write clear and precise technical requirements and specifications that for internal and external projects
• Conduct usability studies to improve product design
• Responsible for managing the consistency of technical content and its use across departments including product development, manufacturing, marketing and customer relations
• Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories
Skills:
• Write technical information in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct language
• Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, WebWorks ePublisher, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication, Telecom highly desirable
• Strong aptitude to learn complex technical concepts quickly
• Good editing, problem solving, and organization skills
• Constantly think about creating, editing, reusing, and organizing content that will be easy to maintain as the documentation set scales

Job Description
Technical Knowledge:
• Understand the architecture and design of the 4G/5G core network to the extent of being able to install and deploy the platform for customer and partner engagements.
• End to end 4G/5G network technical understanding
• 4G & 5G Core Components, Architecture, Interfaces and Call flows
• Knowledge on Networking, Cloud concepts and Edge computing is a plus
Job Description:
• Design, install and troubleshoot the telecommunication networks or systems.
• Working with complex network and switching systems.

• Demonstrate technical expertise in hardware capabilities, software requirements and systems integration
• Customer engagement while working closely with Customer Unit Sales and Engagement Practices organizations.
Competence:
• BS or MS in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or acceptable equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Customer facing role is a plus point.
• Experience in working for a wireless carrier solution provider is an added advantage
• Experience in putting together commercial proposals and development of business cases an added advantage.
• Solid background working with Telecom Networks especially 4G and 5G (Core & RAN).
• Knowledge in end-to-end solution of cellular and WiFi technologies
• Knowledge of telecom call-flows. Solid knowledge of customer business processes and frameworks for telecom best practice
• Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies. Experience with IPv6 is highly desired.
• Experience in a solution provider environment is highly desired
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills needed.
TRAVEL: Ability to accommodate up to 30-50% travel including extended stays on customer sites when necessary.
Job Description
• Provide leadership / vision on approaches of implementing AWS architecture deployments and IaaS. python, Perl, shell scripts, or other scripting languages for use in automation and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of telecom network architecture such as Software Defined Networks (SDN), 4G and 5G, VPN and other telecom related protocols
• Work with the development team to publish data architecture principles, best practices and emerging architecture and design patterns to assist technical teams in implementing optimal solutions.
• Stay current on emerging DevOps, cloud and data technologies to assist with building and refining current and target state architectures
• Provide architectural leadership around best practices on how data is acquired, structured, stored, processed, delivered and visualized
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to help design high-level data deliverables and ensure teams follow standards and architectural patterns throughout the project
• Collaborate with data engineering and development team to build cloud and data driven solutions that provide real business value.
• Creating Docker containers for Micro services
• Creating and maintaining CI/CD workflows with docker Kubernetes.
• Provide support for software engineers working with Agile methodologies, working within the software development team and across collaborating teams to coordinate services and support.
• Prepare and maintain development environments, tools and methods for Continuous Delivery and integration through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Manage, setup, and optimize Jenkins-based CI servers
• Monitor DevOps Tools and Processes
• Contribute to and collaborate with the CD and DevOps practices to share best practice and develop the client's capability
• Demonstrate competency and deep understanding of mature source code management models for feature and release branch development and merging/sync strategies.
• Demonstrate ability to share knowledge across DevOps, Development, Testing and Infrastructure teams.
• Listen and gather feedback from other to maximize successful solution design
